Since the launch of narrative 4's digital platform in september 2022, we have continued to refine and expand our infrastructure, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for students, educators, and schools worldwide. In 2024, our focus remains on scaling our programs while maintaining the high standards of engagement, execution, and impact that define n4. The digital platform plays a central role in achieving this by:(1) deepening connections - strengthening relationships between students, educators, and communities by providing meaningful opportunities for collaboration and dialogue.(2) scaling with excellence - enabling n4 to reach more schools and students without compromising the quality of our programs or the authenticity of the story exchange experience.(3) measuring impact - leveraging data-driven insights to track user engagement, assess program effectiveness, and continuously refine our approach.the digital platform is now an essential hub for global connection, empowering young people to engage with diverse perspectives, build empathy, and drive positive change in their communities. As we continue to evolve, we remain committed to making the platform a cornerstone of n4's mission --creating a more compassionate, connected world.

Our work in africa continues to expand and connect students and educators. Working in seven countries, our programming reached over 38,000 students. We also successfully implemented interschool exchanges throughout the continent. We engaged hundreds of students in kigali, rwanda; lusaka, zambia; uyo, nigeria; and arusha, tanzania, in story exchanges that connect students from different cities and areas. The team has also convened facilitator roundtables to provide networking opportunities for educators who are doing n4 programming in their schools, which has increased the facilitation of story exchanges in schools. The n4 sakhuvelwano community center (joe slovo center) in gqeberha, south africa, distributed over 12,000 food vouchers and served 200+ community members on average each week with its programs and services. It continues to exemplify what is possible when storytelling and civic engagement intersect to meet the needs of communities.

Expenses: $226K

Other programs services include providing program related advisory services in the area of curriculum building, funding relationships, and strategic partnerships to mission-aligned organizations.
