The nassau suffolk water commissioners' association(nswca)purpose is to promote environmental excellence, sustainability and to advance the highest standards of water quality, supply and distribution. This is achieved by supporting education and training, providing advice, direction and informtion on industry-wide issues, and maintaining legislative advocacy as well as public relations support.
