To promote the integrity of the athletic academic advisor profession by providing guiding principles and quality services and by sharing information, resources and expertise in their efforts to empower student-athletes to become more productive individuals through educational and personal development.

The virtual education series (pdi- professional development tracks) are held during the few days prior to the annual convention. Members register for this web-basd education series and pay a fee to help defray the costs.
Regional conferences and other professional development meetings were held to further the exchange of information on current studies and members' experiences regarding the facilitation of student athletes' experiences and academic and social success on campus.
