The principal business and purpose of this association shall be to unite those individuals and organizations engaged in the artificial insemination of cattle and other livestock into an affiliated federation operating under self-imposed standards of performance and conduct, to promote the mutual interests and ideals of its members, and to develop and recommend procedures to protect users of semen, and persons and corporations utilizing artificial insemination, to the extent technically feasible.

Nternational marketing obtain approval for naab's foreign market development export promotion program.dr. Eaglen traveled to algeria in september 2023 to attend the ruminant health workshop. The ultimate objective was to have agreement and signage of the semen and live cattle bilateral health certificate. In november, jay weiker and dr. Eaglen traveled to algeria to continue building relations with new officials. December 2023, dr. Eaglen hosted a reverse trade mission with officials from turkiye with the objective to build relations with new decision makers and to increase level of knowledge while working through main challenges already in place. Jay weiker and dr. Eaglen traveled to algeria in april 2024 for business negotiations meeting new contacts and maintaining existing trade contact relations. Dr. Eaglen and jay weiker traveled to japan and korea in may 2024.processed 2,136 orders for 514.474 units of semen july 1, 2023 - june 30, 2024.

Technical - the association holds a biennial technical conference on artificial insemination and reproduction for members and guests with a complete program. Fy25 will be held in madison, wi september 18-20, 2024.
