Our organization is comprised of members who pay dues via payroll deduction. Members control all matters concerning the organization. members elect officers and trustees that administer the Branch. Bylaws conflict of interest policy and financial statements are available to the public upon request. officers compensation is set by bylaws and approved by members. Compensation includes payment as duties as shop steward if applicable and reimbursement for lost time to perform union duties off the USPS clock
