Conferences: NAMD hosted its annual membership conference in Scottsdale, AZ, in June 2024, which brought together more than 225 attendees representing all 56 states and territories. In October 2023, approximately 1,400 members of the Medicaid community gathered in Washington, DC, for NAMD's signature Fall Conference, with several participants joining virtually. The NAMD team managed all aspects of planning, agenda development, and follow-up activities for key components of these events, including the state-only meeting for NAMD members and senior staff. Both conferences featured several meetings, including Board discussions focused on organizational strategy and planning.
