Mission
The mission of the national association of professional band instrument repair technicians is to provide, without profit, a means for its membership to: 1. Identify themselves as craftspersons whose status in the economic society shall be professional 2. Implement a membership-conceived code of ethics that shall promote the highest possible standards of musical instrument repair service by providing members with a central agency for the administration of programs that benefit its membership. 3. Provide a central agency for the exchange of information relative to the pursuit of the profession. 4. Administer such programs as shall be a benefit to its members and their families 5. Provide a means for continued education and progress of the profession. 6. Provide council and guidance for the development of candidates to the profession.
