The organizations primary exempt purpose is to build the capacity of state and territorial apprenticeship agencies and strengthen the national Registered Apprenticeship system. It does this by uniting state leaders, sharing effective strategies, and partnering with workforce, education, and industry stakeholders to support high-quality apprentice training that develops skilled talent and promotes economic competitiveness.
