National Association Of State Outdoor Recreation Liaison Officer

The purposes of the association shall be focused on development of a coordinated and unified effort on behalf of the state agencies that make up the association to present state views to congress and appropriate federal agencies on existing and proposed outdoor recreation legislation, planning, regulations and appropriations. In addition, the association shall facilitate information sharing between the states on outdoor recreation and provide education and training for agency personnel who are members.
