Professional development - naspo offers a multi-faceted education platform for members and other state and local government procurement professionals. Procurement u provides training, publications, and certification exam support. To support states, naspo also offers a professional development fund to support the professional growth of state procurement professionals. Conducted instructor led trainings totaling over 36,000 contact hours at no cost.procurement u partnered with several nationally acclaimed universities to help develop curriculum around public procurement. Procurement u provided all naspo developed courses free of charge to the public. The professional development program developed educational sessions for all five naspo conferences. These sessons included a mixture of presentations by subject matter experts and peer to peer learning. To address workforce shortages in states, naspo administers an internship program in partnership with leading supply chain management programs across the country. Launched the repository of state practices, a database of state procurement statutes, regulations, and policies.

Conferences - conferences are an integral part of the organization by allowing members to share "best practices and learn new skills. Naspo provides our conferences at no cost to our members because of the importance of bringing together our members and partners.hosted over twentyfive conferences and events.our conferences also host a naspo cares event in which members and staff participate in projects to give back to local communities.

Research and innovation - every year, r&i produces for member states a top 10priorities based on a survey of member states. These priorities drive theeducational opportunities naspo offers through out the year. The research and innovation team supports the development and administration of the procurement pulse blog. These outlets provide topical education to procurement professionals. The research team developed and delivered publications and webinars that were free and open to all public procurement professionals. Complimentary entry for all state members to access hundreds of market researchreports and services through procurement iq as part of their naspo membership.reports available through procurement iq cover price trends, market characteristics,negotiation questions, key rfp elements, and more. Naspo provides complimentary for all members to govwin. This market research tool provides access to 1.9 million company profiles, helping member research and qualiy bidders by examing track records in contracing with othre governmental entities. As part of their naspo membership, all state members have complimentary access to hundreds of market research reports and services through procurement iq.
