Organization Mission:The mission of the organization is to provide a forum for collective action by African American nurses and to represent and provice a forum for black nurses to advocate for and implement strategies to ensure access to the highest quality of healthcare for persons of color.Additionally, the organization is dedicated to serving as the voice for Black nurses and diverse populations ensuring equal access to professional development, promoting educational opportunities and improving health. We seek to offer voluntary hours providing health education and screenings to comunity residents in collaboation with community based partners, including faith-based organizations, civic, fraternal, hosptals, and schools of nursing.Organization Vision:The organization's goal includes support for the development of a cadre of ethnic nurses reflecting the nation's diversity; advocacy for culturally competent, accessible and affordable health care; promotion of the professional and educ
