Public education - ncvc creates and distributes, online and in print, unique information products, including fact books, directories, training manuals, research reports, policy briefs, and victim service materials to the public.

Civil justice - ncvc's national crime victim bar association is an organization of attorneys and expert witnesses dedicated to helping victims seek justice for the harms they have suffered and hold third parties accountable through the civil justice system.
