Mission
Serving the youngest, poorest, most vulnerable, and most rurally isolated children in designated counties in east tn, eastern ky, and southwest va by funding programs focused on academics, dental health, child protection, and discipleship.

(child protection) ecf is committed to rescuing distressed children from the nightmares of sexual and physical abuse. The foundation has established a coordinated community response team in each of the communities it serves to support local school districts and child advocacy centers in combating cases of abuse and neglect.
(dental) ecf freed children from dental pain and helped them develop healthy oral hygiene habits by supporting school-based dental programs that facilitate screenings and treatment from local dental providers in over 150 schools across three states.
