National Coalition Building Institute Inc

Contract training: provided workshops and trainings to a wide variety of organizations, from local non-profits to multinational corporations. Many of these organizations have institutionalized the benefits of national coalition building institute's (ncbi) methodology and programs by creating in-house teams of ncbi trained employee leaders. Ncbi's workshops have proved effective for organizations through improvement in productivity, creating a more inclusive organizational culture, and resulting in a more timely response to conflict and other workplace challenges.
