Research and Development Laboratory - advances the industry by conducting industry-sponsored research to overcome market barriers as well as providing testing and consulting services to individual companies within the concrete masonry and hardscape industry.
Technical Services, Resource Development and Education - Provides guidance and support to those manufacturing concrete products and those designing and constructing with concrete products. Develops, publishes, and markets publications addressing correct and efficient use of concrete products. Develops and conducts education and certification programs for members and users of concrete products.
