Momswork - momswork offers programs to increase financial literacy, build career-related skills, connect women with mentoring and internship opportunities, and provide referrals to additional support services, all with the goal of ensuring women in the community are able to achieve and maintain economic independence and self-sufficiency.

Advocacy - at the national level, ncjw works to advance the well-being and status of women, children and families to ensure and advance individual and civil rights. At the local level, ncjw works in coalition for accessible and affordable child care and out-of-school time options, complete access to reproductive healthcare options, paid family medical leave and wage equity for women of color with a focus on black women.
