Educational programs: nfrc offers six and nine hour monthly co-parenting education seminars that give parents the opportunity to increase their understanding of the impact of family transition on their children and themselves. Parents learn healthy co-parentingcommunication and anger management skills, how to cope with their grief and learn about children's developmental stages. Educational programs are offered for children and teens with a focus on learning coping skills to reduce anxiety related to school stresses, family and friend changes, and learning how to change negative thoughts.
