National Forum For Heart Disease

Many Americans living with cardiovascular disease face significant barriers to receiving the care they need. The National Forums Value & Access Collaborative (VAC) brings together a diverse group of stakeholders-including patients, providers, purchasers, payers,public health professionals, and representatives from the pharmaceutical and biotech industries -to address these challenges. By fostering collaboration and driving policy change, the VAC is breaking through longstanding obstacles, improving access to evidence-based treatments, and advancing a unified approach to value and access in cardiovascular care.

The National Forum convenes leaders and stakeholders to spark and lead collaborative action that advances cardiovascular and metabolic well-being across the lifespan. - Annual Meeting - October 24, 2024 Advancing Health Throughout America: Novel Data-Driven Approaches for Cardiovascular Health - Mid-Year Meeting - May 9, 2024 Making Equitable Hypertension Control a New Norm

The National Forum also assisted in supplying contractors for other programs. These programs included assistance with a Clinical Decision Guide, a Hypertension Case, Flu protection awareness,and a program to do with stronger hearts.
