Work with state and national legislators to improve and increase state funding for tuition reimbursement for mn national guard (mnng) personnel. Assisted in the development of mnng's reintegration program "beyond the yellow ribbon- and other state programs to aide mnng personnel returning from deployments in support of the governments' war on terrorism (gwot).
