Published and distributed a comprehensive directory of state and national level national guard associations, state adjutants general, their personnel, addresses, telephone, fax and e-mail, future meeting dates of various events, the bylaws and other historical data of the national guard executive directors association.

Conduct annual mid-year meeting during the annual meeting of the national guard association of the united states for the purpose of updating information for the representatives of the various state associations.
