All other management and administrative work for organization accomplishments, including: continually updating membership directory, monitoring the success of complimentary trial memberships to recently certified guardians and encouraged their continued membership the following year with 10% renewal, and the sale of 18 publications of various titles on guardianship issues to members and non-members.

Six newsletters reached approximately 1,195 individuals and affiliated state organizations. Maintained regular communication with 24 state affiliates during the year through conference calls and one virtual meeting, along with a leadership training session at the event.

Continued working with american bar association to publish the fundamentals of guardianship. Webinar series on fundamentals offered virtually. Continued liaison activities with national guardianship network, with two volunteer representatives. Continued marketing plan for more visibility at related organizations conferences through exhibiting and providing speakers.
