National High School Career Day Network

The organization coordinated a career day event for el segundo high school on march 27, 2025. The activities included coordinating the overall event, assisting in the development of the student career interest survey, building the master schedule for the students, recruiting industry professionals, scheduling the industry professionals, designing the career day event program for the speakers and guests, printing and providing faqs, suggested speaker topics, and check-in instructions for distribution to breakout speakers, coordinating the registration process for breakout speakers on the day of the event, and producing a highlight video of the event for each school. Nhscdn needed to hire 3rd party vendors to produce the highlight videos and build the student master schedules. Nhscdn started working with the school in august 2024, culminating with the event day. The entire student body of 1,290 students participated in the event.
