Production and distribution on industry newsletters for educational advancement for members and industry personnel relative to membership technical developments and association activities.

Website and social media expenses: site fees and maintenance used for educational and membership information. Advertising and promotion to inform membership on conferences webinars and membership benefits. Membership online portal to pay dues register for events and as an educational resource.

Part VI 11b and 19: Financials are distributed to the Board of Directors and Officers for review and approval. The financials are reported to membership at annual meeting. Organization By Laws are provided to members financials are provided upon request.

Part VI 1a Bylaws state: Board may designate from among Board members an Executive committee consisting of 3 or more directors. Such committee shall have the power during intervals between Board meetings to exercise any of the powers of the Board in a lawful manner.
