Political development - now has a self-segregated pac called the national organization for women pac (now pac). Because it is a self-segregated pac it can only solicit and accept money from active now members.

Communications program - now contracts with scott circle communications to provide a wide range of communications services. These include communications to our members such as a weekly newsletter, actional alerts and issue statements. They also create press releases and work to get now and president christian nunes in the media. They, along with our contract script writer, provide remarks and speeches for christian nunes and bear atwood. The communications team also drafts scripts and questions for webinar panels and conference panels.

Expenses: $205K

Conference program - now hosts an annual hybrid (changed in 2024) conference each year for its members. The conference is a combination of plenary sessions, now business, workshops, special constituency caucuses and district caucuses. The conference is the supreme governing body of the organization, and at each conference, the body considers resolutions and any proposed bylaws amendments. Every four years, the conference votes on officers (president and vice president), and every two years, the districts vote on national board members.
