Membership: this program represents chief executive officers and command-level enforcement officials from federal, state, country, municipal law enforcement agencies and criminal justice practitioners.
Iir/valor: the institute for intergovernmental research (iir), in partnership with the national organization of black law enforcement executives (noble), will provide state, local, and tribal law enforcement with training and technical assistance (tta) that has a direct impact on officer safety and wellness (osw) through the valor officer safety and wellness tta program (valor program). The ultimate intent of this program is to effect positive behavioral change in each participant and support each agency's efforts to make osw a priority.
