To engage exclusively in such charitable, educational, and scientific activities as may qualify it for exemption from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the irc of 1986. Such purposes include, but are not limited to, bringing artistic experiences to the public in national parks, national monuments, and national recreation areas and other public parks ("national parks"), to provide artist in residence programs in national parks, and present workshops and public programs on the arts and exhibitions and other displays in cooperation with the national park service and its concessionaires.
