National PELRA provides professional development, education, training, networking and advocacy services to public employer labor relations and human resources professionals so that the public organization can best deliver efficient and effective services to their communities.

Virtual learning continues to grow and National PELRA has a federally registered Certified Labor Relations Professional certificate program with courses held once per quarter. These virtual programs supplement in-person training opportunities.
Certification Week (Cert Week) is convened once per year with all three (3) Certified Labor Relations Professional certificate programs held back-to-back-to-back, with an option to immediately take the certification exam.
