Mission

The National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL) is a nonprofit organization that facilitates collaboration between government, industry, and academia to accelerate the development of national security technologies. NSTXL serves as the consortium manager for multiple Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements, which enable federal agencies to engage non-traditional contractors outside the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) process. NSTXL identifies government technology needs, refines problem statements, and connects agencies with commercial and non-defense innovators to deliver cost-effective and timely solutions. The organization manages projects through all phases of development, testing, and fielding in support of the nation's defense mission.
