Nti's mission is to support the disabled community and their caregivers by fostering opportunities through advocacy, workforce development, and economic empowerment. Our vision is to build a future where all people with disabilities have equal access and representation in employment opportunities and government policies.

Nti's land a job program also assists individuals with disabilities whohave found work outside the home with work support payments through thesocial security administration's ticket to work program to help coverthe costs of work-related expenses. These payments help disabledindividuals cover necessary out-of-pocket costs required in remaining gainfully employed. The land a job program provided work support payments to 213 unique individuals with disabilities in 2024.
