Web toolkit and webinars - free tools that disseminate information and share best practices across all aspects of the organization's mission to help companies, agencies, and entrepreneurial enterprises better advance opportunity and inclusion. All these tools are available to the public free of charge.

Program development, research, and advocacy - travel, plus any applicable conference registration fees, for the executive director, board members (who are speakers), and other key constituents to attend national meetings and conferences to represent nudc programmatic efforts and to bring awareness of nudc programs to key utility providers. Research (through paid consultants) to develop concepts and information for deployment across web and conference related outward facing communications.
