The national women's affordable housing network strengthens women's leadership in affordable housing by supporting professionals and allies through mentorship, networking, education, and advocacy of women to leadership positions, while expanding our national reach through state and university/college chapters to promote workplace equity and improve housing outcomes.

Windy city luncheonour windy city luncheon welcomed over 250 attendees for networking, education, and dialogue around housing equity and women's leadership. The event served as a powerful platform for sharing leadership styles and strengthening our networks. With sponsor support, wahn kept the event affordable and inclusive for a diverse group of participants across the industry.
Continuing education via consultantswahn engaged expert consultants to deliver targeted workshops and training on key topics such as closing the confidence gap and career advancement. Reaching approximately 100 members, these sessions built leadership capacity and supported wahn's mission to strengthen women's influence in affordable housing. Sponsor funding helped ensure open access for those across organizational levels and sectors.
