To establish a research and education foundation affiliated with the national association of rural health clinics to engage in research that would be helpful to rural health clinics (rhcs), public policy makers and rhc patients. Such research will support the mission of narhc to ensure that rhcs deliver cost-effective health care in rural under-served areas.
