Natural womanhood helps moms teach their daughters about puberty and cycles, with the period genius online video series and workshops. Natural womanhood provides the cycle mindfulness clubs nationwide, a peer-led university campus initiative designed to create a supportive community for young women to learn about the science, dignity, and truth of their natural cycles, fertility, and womanhood.
