Mission
The nature school of central indiana believes in addressing the needs of the child holistically and instilling in them a lifelong love of learning, an awareness of their role in and connection to both their local community and the world, and a deep understanding of their individual abilities and potential with the ideal that nature is the best teacher. We hold all of these beliefs and elements as the foundation of learning and aim to build upon this foundation with an individualized approach to presenting curriculum and support this method with both local and global partnerships with like-minded organizations.

Act-it-out (theater) a place for all things theatrical!forty-three children have the opportunity to study theatre through play! With a variety of dramatic games and improv warm-ups, children are sure to have a blast! Everyone has the opportunity to participate in group numbers, solos, duets, scenes, etc.. Each learner will receive a role either on the stage or helping backstage - whatever they are comfortable with. We study all types of broadway genres and give the opportunity for each learner to have 1-on-1 time with ms. Meagan to coach them through their solos & duets.
Community meeting- each week our learners and familie come together to celebrate the learning that took place, birthdays, current events, and we end the day with gratitude. Classrooms take place hosting this school-wide event and practice skills such as public speaking, creative arts, and community building.
