The Naval Officers' Spouses' Club of Okinawa (NOSCO) was established for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of both the Japanese and American charities and to offer a special service to all military members and their families stationed in Okinawa, Japan through the operation of the Fleet Gift Shop (FGS).
