Linc - to foster economic development and creation of new knowledge by facilitating commercialization of technologies developed at the nonwovens institute at nc state university.

All others - to acquire, develop, own, lease, manage, upfit, sell and otherwise exercise all rights of ownership of land and facilities located in close proximity to north carolina state university.
