The NCW Sun Devil organization was founded in 2016 to build a competitive fastpitch culture in North Central Washington for youth ages 18 under In 2023 the organization expanded that mission to youth baseball The organization develops the individual and team skills of young athletes while promoting self-confidence stressing the values of hard work team play and sportsmanship Our goal is to produce confident young people that will excel on and off the field by being outstanding teammates and citizens of their respective communities
