Nebraska 4-H Foundation

The exempt purpose of the Phelps County 4-H Foundation is to generally promote and develop an active 4-H program in Phelps County: to sponsor various 4-H activities, to provide scholarships to 4-H members and leaders, to provide Washington Citizenship short courses and exchanges between counties and states, and to sponsor and promote 4-H camps.
