Emergency Financial Assistance Program - Provided Emergency Financial Assitance to 48 families consisting of 189 individuals in the Neenah-Menasha area to meet core needs. This assistance was primarily in the form of rent assistance to prevent homelessness but also consisted of transportation and utilties.

Caring for Kids Program: Provided winter outerwear such as snow pants boots and coats to 120 students in the Neenah and Menasha Joint School Districts. In addition snacks hygiene kits basic clothing and school supplies were provided to approx 380 students experiencing homelessness or extreme poverty through our Middle and High School School Liaison initiative.

Caring for the Community Program: Providing funding and volunteers to serve 510 meals at the Fox Valley Community Table over 5 dates as well as providing funding and volunteer drivers for approximately 70 senior and homebound citizens that receive Meals on Wheels up to five times per week allowing these citizens to remain in their homes. Also provided welcome baskets to Heads Up program residents for young adults transitioning from foster care to community based independent living.
