NEHDA (Northeast Hawley Development Association) is a neighborhood preservation company that was organized for the purpose of exercising, promoting and protecting the privileges and the interests of the northeast side of the city of Syracuse; to foster a healthy interest in the development of the community; to develop good citizenship; and to inquire into social and civic abuses and to seek information thereof.
