Neighborhealth's mission is to promote and sustain healthy communities, families, and individuals by providing accessible, person-centered, and compassionate, high-quality health care services to all who live and work in our service area, regardless of ability to pay, while upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion at the core of all that we do.

The neighborhood pace program and the long term care pharmacy continued to provide all inclusive care for the elderly during the year. The organization provided direct care for 9,718 member months for its pace particpants for the period ending september 30, 2024.
The pharmacy provides onsite prescription medication exclusive to health center patients as well as non-patients through the retail pharmacy. Health center patients are able to purchase prescriptions at select 340b pharmamacy locations in the area such as cvs, walgreens, and rite aid. During the period ending september 30, 2024, the organization filled 552,409 prescriptions.
