Durham Health Indicators and Tax Equity: DataWorks NC continued maintenance on this public owned site (database) and updated data as it became available. Also, we collaborated with Durham County NC Public Health and Duke Health to keep a steady flow of information for sharing health data on this site. Also, perform county tax equity property analysis in support of and with the Community Justice Collaborative organization.

Hacking into History: DataWorks NC coordinated a substantial cross agency effort to begin data collection and community engagement related to the presence of racially restrictive deed covenants in Durham County NC property records. We are working closely with the Durham County NC Register of Deeds, Yinsome Group, LLC , North Carolina Central University and Research Action Design to map and publish data related to these covenants.
