Education & counseling: 45 individuals completed our homebuyer education course in 2024. Additionally, 47 households received individual credit counseling and 328 received "streamlined" homebuyer counseling under ohfa/hoepa guidelines. In 2024, we had 6 foreclosure "saves". 157 attended financial literacy workshops through our partnerships with clark county department of job and family services, united senior services and various houses of worship.

Real estate development: in 2024, nhp completed construction on a 60-unit senior affordable apartment complex. All apartments are completely handicap accessible. 32 units were completed in 2023 and 28 units were completed in 2024. Nhp built 3 affordable homes for low to moderate income households in 2023. 1 was sold in 2023 and the other 2 were sold in 2024.
