Mission
We are a nonprofit community development organization that revitalizes and builds communities. We are a partnership of residents, the business community, government, and community leaders. We seek to build healthier and stronger communities that we all can be proud of. In order to accomplish this, we will: empower low- and moderate-income families to share the american dream of home ownership; provide affordable loans and financial resources to first-time homebuyers; build communities through neighborhood revitalization and development; inspire and support resident and action leaders and provide training and education.
Programs

Construction programs - through our partnership with the jurisdictions that we serve, we have been able to provide newly constructed affordable housing opportunities in butler and montgomery counties while at the same time revitalizing neighborhoods. We have acquired and rehabbed properties to further provide affordable housing opportunities to the communities that we serve.
Mortgage and rental assistance through our partnership with the city of hamilton, we were able to assist home owners and renters with mortgage and rental payment assistance. This program was for those who were directly impacted by covid-19.
Other program services including rehab/repair, foreclosure, lift, and micro-enterprise programs.
