Neighborhood Resilience Project

Community development and support - directly address the social determinants of health in local trauma affected communities with the purpose of facilitating transformation to resilient, healing, and helathy communities.

Training and leadership - train and support the development of community leaders both locally and nationally who are better prepared and equipped to be agents of positive change as it relates to health and well-being in the community.
