The mission of Project Neighbors is to strengthen the Valparaiso community by addressing issues of race, class, and poverty. We strive to create healthy families and neighborhoods where diversity of all kinds is welcomed and cherished.

This continued disparity caused Project Neighbors to re-commit to address racial equity issues and policies through deliberate activities and partnerships around housing, education, and justice systems in Valparaiso.
