Membership services - members of the corporation are state, municipal, or nonprofit institutions of higher education or corporations organized for educational, scientific or charitable purposes and recognized as tax-exempt within the meaning of section 501(c) the internal revenue code of 1986 of the united states ("code"). Employees of members participate in collaboration of events and opportunities including a variety of interest groups and online conferencing. Members have access to vendor licensing at reduced rates, a mentorship program and a place to post job opportunities. There are a total of 286 members.
