Making impactful investments that further human prospering and well-being, primarily (but not exclusively) focusing on scientific research efforts and early-stage technologies. Neta has coined the term "grantvestments" (tm) for its unique vehicle to deploy philanthropic capital in the form of debt, equity, recoverable grants, or royalty agreements that meet defined mission-based criteria. The investments are intended to achieve a programmatic return aligned with neta's exempt purpose. Grantvestments that are not recoverable grants are listed in schedule d, part viii.
