Keybank as trustee makes distributions of net income to the achievement centers for general support as deemed appropriate or proper as stipulated by the trust document. Under the ohio institutional trust funds act of 1999, the beneficiaries have chosen to receive the maximum of ncome based on the greater of 5% of afv or traditional income.
