Advocacy Support and Training ASTRA - This is a statewide program designed to empower parents, promote self-advocacy of children with hearing loss, and build collaboration between families and professionals. This program provides resources, workshops and individualized support pertaining to the needs of children with hearing loss.

Over six families and professionals attended the virtual EHDI conference during the year. This allowed them to develop a greater understanding of their childrens hearing loss, communication choices and the challenges that they could face at home, school and life.
